Expressions of Interest for regular use of Penrith City Council Neighbourhood Facilities for the period 1st January 2012
to 31st December 2012 of Cook Parade Neighbourhood Centre, Coowarra Cottage and Autumnleaf Neighbourhood Centre St Clair is now open. Applications close 9th December 2011

There are 3 neighbourhood centre's located in St Clair that have been
purposely built by Penrith City Council,  for use by the local
community, and are managed by
St Clair Youth and Neighbourhood Team.

The centre's are available for hire by commercial, not for
profit groups and
residents for private functions.

Halls are not available for 18 - 21st functions

All centre's are equipped with kitchens, tables and chairs,
fenced off yards and parking.

COOK PARADE NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE
Cook Parade St Clair
(Next to the Tennis Courts)

This facilitiy has 2 seperate rooms, with a capacity of 70 people
if hiring one room or 115 for both rooms.



AUTUMNLEAF NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE
Cnr Autumnleaf Parade and Timesweep Drive St Clair
(behind the main shopping centre)

It has a capacity of 60 people and is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner.


COOWARRA COTTAGE
1 Coowarra Avenue St Clair
(behind Blackwell Public School)

This facility is available for children’s functions only
It caters for 40 people and is equipped with play equipment for children
ST CLAIR YOUTH AND NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAM INC.
