HALL HIRE

 

There are 3 neighbourhood centre's located in St Clair that have been purposely built by Penrith City Council, for use by the local community, and are managed by St Clair Youth and Neighbourhood Team.

 The centre's are available for hire by commercial, not for profit groups and residents for private functions.

 

Halls are not available for 18 - 21st functions

 

All centre's are equipped with kitchens, tables and chairs, fenced off yards and parking.

Autumnleaf Neighbourhood Centre

Cook Parade Neighbourhood Centre

The centre is located on the corner of Autumnleaf Parade and Timesweep Drive St Clair. (behind St Clair Shopping Centre)

 

It has a capacity of 60 people and is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner.

 

Function Rates:

$230.00 8 hours hire

$300.00 Bond (refundable)

 

The facility is also available to non profit

 and commercial groups.  Please contact the team for current rates.

š   Coowarra Cottage

 

Coowarra Cottage  is located at 1 Coowarra Avenue St Clair (behind Blackwell Public School). 

 

It caters for 40 people and is equipped with play equipment for children.

 

This facility is only available for children’s functions

 

Function Rates:

$135.00 8 hours hire

$300.00 bond (refundable)

š   Cook Parade Neighbourhood Centre

 

Is located on Cook Parade St Clair (next to the tennis courts).  It has 2 separate halls.

 

It has a capacity of 70 people for 1 hall or 115 for both halls.

 

Function Rates:

$230.00 8 hours hire for 70 people

$280.00 8 hours hire for over 70 people

$300.00 Bond (refundable)
